1. Agreement
These terms apply to hisnextbuy.com and to HisNextBuy content on YouTube and Instagram (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. YouTube and Google
The Service displays and uses content through the YouTube API Services. By using those features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information handled through Google services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Reviews are opinions
Our reviews, scores and videos reflect our own testing and opinions at the time of publication. They are for general information only and are not professional, financial, medical or safety advice. Products change, and your experience may differ. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidance, especially for tools, blades, grooming and fitness products.
4. Prices, availability and affiliate links
Prices and availability are shown as of the date stated and can change at any time; the retailer's site is the final word. Many links on the Service are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Purchases are made with the retailer, not with HisNextBuy. Orders, payment, shipping, returns and warranties are between you and the retailer or manufacturer.
5. Third-party sites
The Service links to sites we don't control, including retailers, YouTube and Instagram. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.
6. Our content
Text, videos, scores, graphics and the HisNextBuy name and logo are owned by HisNextBuy or used with permission. You may share links to our pages and videos. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without written permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, send spam, scrape content in bulk, interfere with the site's operation, or impersonate anyone. Anything you send us (for example, through the contact form) must be yours to send and not unlawful.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, HisNextBuy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from products you buy, from relying on our content, or from third-party sites.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Alberta, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
